This presentation highlights how GIS software can support Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) efforts for MS4 communities, with flexible solutions based on each community’s needs and capacity. We’ll explore three levels of implementation: starting with Ruekert-Mielke staff performing inspections and data collection using Field Maps and Survey123, moving to a client-managed option where we provide the tools and training for in-house use, and finally, a fully integrated solution featuring advanced reporting, dashboards, and API connections. Whether a community needs full support or is ready to manage IDDE tracking on its own, our scalable approach ensures effective and efficient compliance.
